According to formar Indian opening batsman there are two players in the current Indian T20 squad who are now ready for the test match cricket. According to Sunil Gavaskar Jasprit Bumrah and Yuzvendra Chahal are now ready for the white jersey and the red ball cricket.
“They were fantastic. They have been absolutely terrific. They had brought all their IPL experience into play, they know exactly where to bowl, to which batsman what line to bowl, what deliveries to bowl and yes, there will be that odd over when they will go for runs but they come so strongly. That tells you about their (Bumrah and Chahal) big heart as well. Take punishment and then to come back and bowl deadly overs,”
he was quoted as saying by NDTV.
Bumrah can be the healthy option for Indian team on the tour of South Africa and England as he will provide the ex -factor in the team which is missing in the pace attack.
